No, I use a privacy respecting, self-hosted alternative to Google Analytics called Plausible Analytics. Plausible doesn't use cookies or other types of personal identifiers. It only tracks the overall usage of the site, not individuals. My Plausible Analytics instance is hosted by myself in Spain.
